Our fee structure is we only charge once we're successful in obtaining a financial outcome for you. We don't win, then we don't charge. We charge 20% +GST of the financial outcome amount we obtain for you with a minimum fee of $110 (incl GST). Of course, Handle My Complaint can't guarantee a win with your complaint, but we can guarantee that we will do our best in pursuing the matter and keeping you up-to-date with our progress.
