About Handle My Complaint

We'll take on your complaint with any organisation or individual to achieve the outcome you want. Whether you're wanting a faulty product replaced, a late-payment fee waived, an out-of-pocket expense recovered or improvements made to environmental practices, Handle My Complaint allows you to delegate your complaint and any conflict resolution to us!

We'll stand up for your rights, for what's fair and reasonable, and we work to revive the concepts of 'value for money' and 'getting what you paid for'. We fight for properly disclosed terms and conditions in a language that people can understand.

How we do what we do

  • You contact us, please complete our form on our Resolve Your Complaint page.
  • We'll contact you and ask questions about your complaint until we understand why you're upset and what you want to achieve with your complaint.
  • We'll let you know if we think we can help you with your complaint.
  • If we can help, your complaint is then assigned to a Case Manager.
  • Your Case Manager will do all the hard work to get your complaint heard by the appropriate people.
  • You'll be kept up-to-date with any progress the whole way.

Our fees

Our fee structure is we only charge once we're successful in obtaining a financial outcome for you. We don't win, then we don't charge. We charge 20% +GST of the financial outcome amount we obtain for you with a minimum fee of $110 (incl GST). Of course, Handle My Complaint can't guarantee a win with your complaint, but we can guarantee that we will do our best in pursuing the matter and keeping you up-to-date with our progress.
