As a Complaint Volunteer, you'll explore money saving tips and strategies with the help of Handle My Complaint. We'll ask you to test our complaint resolution methods to ensure they're quick and easy to follow. We might even ask for your help to reveal some of the tricks of the trade most consumers are unaware of. The only requirement is that you're happy to appear in the media, yes, even TV.
What's in it for you? Well you might save some money on your existing bills. You'll definately pick up a few tips on how best to avoid and resolve complaints. And you'll probably become a more savvy shopper for the future. All this in exchange for 3-4 hours of your time.
