We all purchase products and services on a daily basis. As we go about our day, using these products and services, often we encounter questions and issues. When this happens, we want to reach out to somebody for help.
We do our best to make time to call the company's customer service hotline, email them, or even file an official complaint. But, why does it feel like it is so hard to get proper assistance from companies after they have our hard-earned cash?
At Handle My Complaint, we want you to get heard the first time by the big companies that you are paying, and we want to revolutionise the consumer experience. So, we have been working hard to do just that. We have created our brand new community that puts you, the customer, in the driver’s seat!
